Der/die Stelleninhaber/in unterstützt die Erstellung von Insight Reports, um Kundenanfragen zu beantworten und interne Anforderungen zu erfüllen.
Zuständigkeiten- Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Insight-Reports zur Beantwortung von Ad-hoc-Kundenanfragen
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Auswertung laufender, regelmäßiger Insight-Reports nach Bedarf, entweder auf der Grundlage von Kundenvorgaben oder als Teil einer kundenübergreifenden Lieferung
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Ad-hoc- und regelmäßigen Insight-Reports, je nach Bedarf für die interne Vertriebsunterstützung, für die Marketing & Kommunikationsabteilung sowie zum Aufbau von Know-how bzgl. der Marketing- und Medienlandschaft
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Fristen und der Erstellung von Präsentationen mit einem hohen Maß an Qualität
- Reaktion auf Kundenfeedback und Sicherstellung, dass Probleme gelöst werden, falls erforderlich
- Gute Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Lösungen, Daten und Methoden der Werbe- und Reichweitenmessung
- Halten Sie sich über Nachrichten, Veranstaltungen und aktuelle Themen der Medienbranche auf dem Laufenden
- Datenanalyse und -auswertung
- Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel, PPT und Word sowie in Google Sheets, Slides und Docs
- Kundenzentrierte Denkweise
- Problemlösungsfähigkeit und analytisches Denken
- Aktiver Zuhörer, proaktiv, geduldig und hartnäckig
- Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Geschichten durch qualitative und quantitative Daten
- Bevorzugte Sprachen - Englisch (fortgeschritten) / Deutsch (fortgeschritten)
- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Newslettern wären von Vorteil (aber nicht zwingend erforderlich)
