Job Opportunity for Campaign Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Campaign Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing marketing campaigns and executing projects in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop communication materials for portfolio initiatives, tailored to specific channels and target audiences.
  2. Collaborate with external agencies to create and adapt global creatives for the Polish market.
  3. Review and develop campaign guidelines in consultation with the Legal and External Affairs teams.
  4. Work with Portfolio, CX, and Brand Communications & Engagement teams to design communication plans, monitor progress, and report campaign effectiveness.
  5. Oversee the quality of materials prepared by other teams to ensure message consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
  6. Prepare training materials on Marketing Code updates, onboarding, and general training in collaboration with Portfolio, CX, and COD teams.
  7. Gather and organize marketing initiatives and communication materials regularly.
Requirements:
  • Experience in communication or marketing campaigns, managing diverse priorities.
  • Knowledge of communication planning, including recommending touchpoints/channels and tailoring messages to target groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to plan, work independently, and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
