YOUR TASKS- Conduct end-to-end volume recruitment processes for senior level positions (Finance & Accounting, Intelligent Automation, IT roles, HR etc.).
- Contact with candidates, search via internal database and external sources like LinkedIn, actions on social media, offering candidates.
- Take care of candidate experience and quality of recruitment process.
- Regular reporting about recruitment progress.
- Experience in recruitment min. 1 year.
- Experience in recruiting for finance and accounting roles & IT profiles will be added value.
- Fluent English (at least B2).
- Attention to details and orientation to quality.
- Proactivity and problem solving.
- Curiosity to explore, improve and learn new things.
- Very good communication skills.
- Openness for civil contract/B2B.
