Support customers by timely management of key data entry tasks. By ensuring you are organised and focused, you will work to process important data such as order entry, invoicing, customer creation, stock allocations, and credits in a fast-paced environment where you will need to be self-sufficient and perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
You will follow procedures, guidelines & policies and work collaboratively with a wider team with a calm and positive attitude. You will be flexible and open to learning new systems and countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders through their various stages, return authorisations, and credit note requests timely & accurately in relevant ERP.
  • Prioritise workload, organise own time so that deadlines are met for yourself and the team on a daily basis.
  • Highlight to manager any concerns over workload or change in priorities needed to deliver on deadlines.
  • Process customer invoices, following procedures closely and ensuring fast and accurate turnaround.
  • Support reconciliation of consignment stock as directed, ensuring accurate updates and efficient follow-up.
  • Handle basic email queries from customers via CRM system.
  • Perform other administration duties based around order to cash cycle as shared by manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, particularly in order-to-cash processes.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive tone, manage multiple priorities, and stay composed under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

This is a hybrid role working from Krakow.
