British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Insights Manager in Warsaw.

ROLE SUMMARY

Be the clear voice of the consumer multi-country in BAT

Within this role, you generate, aggregate and support landing innovative consumer insights on nicotine categories to ensure consumer-centric Marketing strategy and plan development as well as execution across Marketing functions and multi-country Markets.

Build the consumer journey framework for a specific category to find opportunities, business challenges and help address each consumer journey stage.

Drive continuous evaluation of category and brand to assess and highlight business opportunities and risks and enable strategic business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Focus on single & cross-category deep-dive analysis to generate actionable insights enabling best portfolio decisions and industry usage understanding.
  • Generate, condense, and support the delivery of comprehensive, forward-looking, and actionable consumer insights. Develop mid- and long-term Marketing and corporate strategies and plans to enable effective strategic, operational, and tactical business decisions.
  • Build a strong and trustful network with BAT multi-country market teams to ensure alignment and foster information exchange to accelerate learning.
  • Be responsible for the relationship with strategic agency partners, ensuring overall agency delivery is in line with business needs, best practice, and BAT standards.
  • Act as a consultant to our multi-country Marketing community on all business insights related matters.
  • Align with Insights team on priorities, define watch outs and ways to address.
  • Lead, mentor and develop Category Consumer Insights Executive team members.
  • Prepare performance reviews, deep-dive consumer presentations for local end markets and be a catalyst in the preparation of business review presentations.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing functions within a multinational company environment, ideally within FMCG or research agency.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer and market research tools, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Deep understanding of consumer needs, attitudes, and behaviors.
  • Strong holistic business understanding and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to translate research results and data into actionable, compelling insights and opportunities.
  • Comprehensive analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence senior decision-makers and to solve conflicts between interpersonal layers and functions.
