Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Consultant to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers' support queries, analyzing and resolving technical issues while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and resolve client issues via named contacts at customer sites, including taking incoming calls.
  2. Provide quality answers, understanding the impact of potential issues on clients' day-to-day operations, and showing empathy toward their situation.
  3. Troubleshoot technical and product issues, providing clear explanations on how to resolve client issues in a time-sensitive environment.
  4. Manage complex client requests specifically regarding technical issues.
  5. Participate in connectivity projects and migrations, including bank connections and third parties' integration to our clients.
Requirements
  1. Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Finance or IT or relevant work experience.
  2. Professional communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to discuss complex issues with banks, partners, and Kyriba clients.
