about-project :
HSBC's Identity & Access Management Cybersecurity function is the first line of defence, serves as the focal point in Cybersecurity for access related activities ensuring that HSBC's electronic based assets are monitored, managed, accessed, and protected effectively so that only those people with a legitimate business need can access or modify them, when they need to do so.
We are looking for experienced, quick-learner Identity & Access Management Specialist to work closely with HSBC IAM Team in Germany.

responsibilities :
Support HSBC IAM Germany in performing diagnosis and resolving incidents, performing changes on IAM environment using local identity and access management system SAP IdM.
Support the IT/business in creation of user authorization concepts for applications.
Support the German IAM team in managing the toxic combinations by implementing further Segregation of Duties rules into SAP IDM agreed with the business.
Manage of Business roles by continuous analysing of existing business roles and definition of new business roles in coordination with business.
Perform IAM assessments for global applications covering the regulatory IAM requirements in Germany.
Perform IAM consultancy for new projects.

requirements-expected :
German language (B1 at least).
Experience in Security/Identity and Access Management. Good understanding of IAM and Security concepts (like identity, access, least privilege, segregation of duties) models and frameworks.
Analytical skills. Ability to conduct incident diagnosis in a timely manner.
Soft skills. Eagerness and determination to solve cases and incidents, ability to support our internal customers and the team, ability to work autonomously after having received initial training, motivation to learn about new systems and their access management methods.
Experience in a bank-specific work would be beneficial.
