Junior Product Support Specialist

Our growth as a company means that we need to grow our support team as well, which is why we’re looking forward to having you on board of our team as a Junior Product Support Specialist. You will be responsible for first-line communication with customers (and prospects) of Macrobond, mostly performed via e-mail. Questions that you will have to answer will be mainly related to Macrobond application data, functionality, and technical issues.
responsibilities :
Providing product support to our clients from different locations around the world
Finding solutions for product, data and technical questions and issues in our knowledge base and through creative experimentation
Working in a rotating shift system: 7-15 and 23-07 (night shifts), including some holidays
Striving for excellence in providing top-notch support for our clients
Developing your own economic, analytical and technical knowledge
Cooperating with other team members & your team manager
requirements-expected :
Very good level of English in speech and writing - needed for client contact and communication between teams & locations
Willingness to learn skills from different fields, including IT (we'll teach you all you need to know)
A positive, friendly attitude
Research and web browsing skills
University degree is not a must but a big asset
