Currently, we are expanding our Advanced Service Management Team dedicated to implementing innovative healthcare solutions for the IT division of one of the largest international pharmaceutical companies. So far, we have created a team of 33 SMs/PMs and we envision recruiting many more this year.
As a Service Manager or Project Manager, you will work in Agile environment and take care of software Delivery and Operations according to ITIL.
Among services managed by our Team there are those of different scope and maturity. That is why as a Service Owner you can work as Agile PM, SME, or Program coordinator (depending on the service you receive).

Location: 100% remotely from Poland
Salary: up to 112 PLN/H + VAT
responsibilities :
To manage various processes along the IT Service lifecycle with special attention to Continual Service Improvement;
To coordinate the software development (maintenance and enhancement) and support activities;
To deliver and coordinate the software release;
To secure service partners and other vendors to meet their service delivery contractual obligations;
To define, measure, and report on service deliverables;
To provide creative approaches, direction, and leadership to the team;
To build and manage the business relationship with international customers and main stakeholders.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in business and IT service/projects;
Good English spoken and written (at least B2 level);
Expertise in Office, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Gmail;
Analytical mindset to identify patterns and discrepancies in data, focus on continuous improvement;
Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and resolve queries;
Strong communication skills (ability to lead communication, team, gather requirements);
Good analytical skills;
Basic understanding of Snowflake, very good knowledge of SQL, or Python;
Experience with visualization tools, particularly Tableau;
Deep understanding of most of the Data Management Areas (especially Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing);
Hands-on experience with MDM technology (e.g. Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere) or DQ technology (e.g. Informatica Data Quality, Talend).
