Exciting opportunity for a HR Services Consultant to join our HR Systems and Services Team. This is a highly visible, significant role within the Company and the Human Resource Services function. This position will report to HR Services Manager.
What will you do?
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information to effectively define project objectives and deliverables.
Act as a leading role in semi-annual system releases.
Aid in continuous improvement by consistently identifying and recommending ways to streamline existing processes and improve the employee/manager experience.
Develop and deliver employee and manager training materials.
Investigate and troubleshoot end-user issues and requests, while providing timely and accurate resolutions.
Proactively identify trends or recurring issues in tickets and propose process improvements or enhancements.
Who are we looking for?
A minimum of 3 years of Workday experience. This should include, but is not limited to, business processes, custom reports, calculated fields and EIBs.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workday functional lead.
Experience leading a minimum of 3 relevant projects, processes or implementations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A customer-centric attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups.
Demonstrated ability to understand interdependencies between various systems impacting HR data.
