Financial Services Operations Specialist Miejsce pracy: Poznań Twój zakres obowiązków Wspieranie Zespołu Obsługi Klienta w procesowaniu dyspozycji
Zapewnienie profesjonalnej i terminowej komunikacji z klientami oraz partnerami biznesowymi, utrzymując wysoki standard obsługi
Zapewnienie płynności procesów operacyjnych poprzez rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów związanych z usługą Allegro Pay
Będziesz pracować na systemach bankowych oraz odpowiesz za obsługę operacji kredytowych zgodnie z polityką wewnętrzną firmy
Będziesz zarządzać danymi związanymi z operacjami i transakcjami, w tym również będziesz analizować i weryfikować dokumentację
Wesprzesz zespół w opracowywaniu i wdrażaniu ulepszeń w procesach operacyjnych
Będziesz tworzyć i utrzymywać dokumentację wiązaną z procesami operacyjnymi
Wesprzesz realizację projektów związanych z rozwojem usługi Allegro Pay
Nasze wymagania Posiadasz min. 2-letnie doświadczenie i praktyczną wiedzę z zakresu operacji kredytowych
Posiadasz doświadczenie w pracy w instytucjach finansowych oraz obsłudze Klienta
Jesteś w trakcie studiów zaocznych lub posiada wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane bankowość, finanse, ekonomia)
Potrafisz pracować pod presją czasu oraz jest w stanie zidentyfikować ryzyko operacyjne
Szybko uczysz się nowych produktów / systemów / rozwiązań
Posługujesz się biegle językiem polskim w mowie i piśmie
Posiadasz znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie b2 lub wyższym
Posiadasz chęć i motywację do nauki i rozwoju w branży płatności online
Interesujesz się rynkiem płatności online oraz technologiami finansowymi
