About the project For a long-term project for our German partner, we are looking for a CRM Consultant with German.

The project is extremely interesting and allows you to solve real problems. While working on this project you will be in direct contact with everyone on our client side. You will travel regularly to Germany to meet with clients.
Your responsibilities Designing and planning implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in close cooperation with our project management and developers
Identifying and managing customer’s needs during client meetings
Provide active support to our customers throughout different phases of a CRM implementation project
Point of contact for analysing and documenting customer’s business requirements
Advising on the design and optimisation of business processes, e.g. in the areas of marketing, sales and service
Providing strategic advice and recommentations on CRM modules, processes and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience
Planning, conducting and documenting customer workshops
Regular support and training for our users - perhaps even earlier
Meetings with clients in Germany (on-site and remote)
Our requirements Minimum 2 years of experience with implementation of CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamic
Experience as Consultant / Business Solution Manager
Used to work directly with clients
Strong analytical, team and solution oriented skills
Completed (IT) training or degree in (business) informatics or economics with a focus on IT
Very good German and good English and Polish skills
Travel readiness to Germany
Optional Experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 - an advantage

Additional information We have an office in Kraków, but if you like to work remotely, that’s absolutely fine. Over the next few months, we plan to continue working this way.
