Zakres obowiązków
·       tylko mailowe (brak telefonów) odpowiadanie na zapytania pracowników firmy dotyczących informacji o wynagrodzeniach, urlopach - bez naliczania płac (jest od tego zewnętrzna firma)
·       wsparcie managerów w zakresie HR i kwestii administracyjnych związanych z urlopami, dniami wolnymi, awansami pracowników, kartami pracy, dokumentacjami czasu pracy
·        wprowadzanie danych dotyczących nadgodzin, świadczeń, premii
·       w razie potrzeby przetwarzanie danych w dot. dokumentacji urlopowej
·       asystowanie przy audytach związanych z płacami lub systemami płacowymi
·       praca w systemie ticketowym

Poszukiwane kompetencje
·       doświadczenie min 2 lata na stanowisku związanym z administracją HR
·       bardzo dobra znajomość języka włoskiego oraz angielskiego (poziom B2/C1)
·       dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne
·       dbałość o szczegóły, umiejętność zarządzania swoim czasem
·       bardzo mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z systemem ServiceNow / tranzycjach procesów
