responsibilities :
Lead a team, manage day-to-day activities, and set clear team goals.
Act as a role model for the team and promote integrity and core values.
Recruit and build a highly effective team.
Support the development path of team members and provide regular feedback.

Build solid relationships with other Team Leaders and other parts of the Delivery organization.
Manage and fulfill resource requests according to priorities.
Communicate, implement, and execute processes and guidelines defined for the company.
Define and manage the team's structure.
Manage the billability of team members.
Ensure the right capacity and competency through staffing and training decisions.
Support Account teams in fulfilling customer demand.
Engage with Go-to-market and Account teams to understand customer requirements.
Cooperate with Site leadership to ensure talent is sourced from adequate locations.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and managing technical teams of at least 7 people.
Preferably experience in professional services companies in the Data & Analytics space and matrix organizational structures.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Understanding of Azure or other cloud platforms.
High level of ownership and proactive approach.
Experience in financial management of teams/areas.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to excel under time and stress pressure.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Effective in setting expectations and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing medium-sized projects.
Good understanding of the business value of analytical solutions to Lingaro customers and factors important for customer satisfaction.
Deep understanding of the customer's business and how IT contributes to service delivery.
