The Marketing Automation Strategist at 'It's Personal' is a dynamic force driving client success via first party data automation channels - email, sms and more. This strategic thinker is skilled in developing and implementing robust marketing strategies across email and SMS channels. They delve into data analysis to uncover insights and guide decision-making, fostering content ideation that resonates deeply with target audiences. Their project management skills ensure flawless execution of each strategy, leading to significant results for our mission-driven clients.
Proven experience in retention marketing/ B2C CRM/ Marketing Automation, particularly with aspirational ecommerce brands.
Expertise in email and SMS marketing, with a track record of developing strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative approach to generating campaigns and automations for ecommerce brands
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and bring creative solutions to complex challenges.
Proven experience in Marketing Automation & CRM strategies, Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Behaviour Scenarios
Excellent written and verbal communication in English - the working language in the company is English

,[Build amazing relationships with It’s Personal clients, supporting them on their success journey, Develop and execute winning strategies across email and SMS channels to drive client retention and growth., Map customer journeys, perform gap analysis and make recommendations on best automations to build and A/B tests to perform, Brief, project manage and quality control work completion across copywriting and design functions, Conduct thorough data analysis to inform strategy development and measure performance., Generate ideas for winning email and sms campaigns supporting our clients’ goals and activity , Maintain and plan email and sms content calendars for client brands and pitch new ideas, A/B tests and marketing automation projects ] Requirements: Communication skills, Canva, Digital marketing, Notion, Email marketing, E-commerce, Automation, klaviyo Additionally: Small teams, International projects, Flat structure, In-house trainings.
