Twój zakres obowiązków Kontakt telefoniczny i emaliowy w języku angielskim oraz holenderskim
Pierwsza linia wsparcia: rozwiązywanie problemów systemowych użytkowników IT
Rejestracja i analiza zgłoszeń
Wymagania pracodawcy Znajomość języka angielskiego oraz holenderski na poziomie B2/C1
Chęć rozwoju i postawienia pierwszych kroków w obszarze IT - otrzymasz pakiet szkoleń od podstaw oraz wsparcie koleżeństwa
Komunikatywność oraz otwartość
