We drive excellence through standardized processes, data, and technology. As a GPM Stream Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless adoption of global process templates across our Operating Companies (OpCos). You will act as the key point of contact for business users, working across functions to drive efficiency, enable value capture, and lead process transformation.

Your responsibilities would include:

- owning and governing global process templates, ensuring process standardization across opcos
- driving process conformance and improvement by supporting root cause analysis, sharing best practices, delivering training, and implementing process enhancements
- leading change management and solution design by evaluating change requests, assessing impact, and coordinating deployment across business, data, and technology streams
- managing stakeholder collaboration by working closely with opcos, global functions, d&t teams, and platform owners to align strategies and optimize business value
- overseeing process performance and analytics by defining key performance indicators, tracking improvements, and implementing continuous enhancements
- providing leadership and coaching by managing a diverse team of process consultants, fostering knowledge-sharing, and ensuring seamless cooperation between teams

You are a good candidate if you have:

- expertise in business process management, change management, and digital transformation initiatives
- strong understanding of erp systems, financial tools, and process automation within a corporate setting
- strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate across functions, and influence senior stakeholders
- proven leadership experience in managing teams, with the ability to develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional and international teams at different levels of the organization
- analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach
- fluency in english (additional languages like french or spanish are a plus)
- experience in record to report processes, including:

1. financial accounting: gl postings, accruals, scoa master data bsar, fixed assets accounting, intercompany transactions (e.g., heimatch), period-end close (cil submission, cil requirements), tax & treasury/cash management (bank accounting, cash management tax reporting)
2. account reconciliation & consolidation: experience with reconciliation tools (preferably blackline), consolidation tools (preferably sap gr and icmr), and financial closing tools (preferably sap afc).

You are a perfect match if you also have:

- a master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- project management certification (e.g., pmp, prince2, agile)
- experience working with heineken's finance tools and processes
- familiarity with data-driven decision-making and financial performance analytics (power bi knowledge is a plus)
