We are seeking a Head of Infrastructure and Architecture who can execute Goelett's strategy from an engineering perspective and is committed to driving a transformation in the way we work. Following the "working backwards" approach, the ideal candidate should have a customer-centric mindset, a proven track record of leading change, managing high-performing teams, and delivering results. Your Responsibilities Strategy & architecture: Shape how technology is used across Goelett, ensuring it aligns with business strategy and long-term goals. Lead enterprise architecture design and maintain a coherent, scalable, and efficient technology ecosystem. Stay ahead of technology trends and assess their potential impact on Goelett's solutions. Raise the bar on technical excellence, ensuring best practices across development and operations. Contribute to the definition of the company's technology strategy and solutions roadmap. Take ownership of system observability (logs, uptime monitoring, alerts). Govern and optimize cloud usage costs. Ensure CI/CD, release processes, and environment reliability meet high performance and stability standards. Maintain architecture documentation, compliance evidence, and KPI dashboards. Own and regularly test the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). Lead post-incident reviews and ensure actionable learnings drive continuous improvement. IT management: Oversee IT operations, ensuring the entire organization receives reliable and efficient technical support. Lead teams responsible for infrastructure, DevOps, database administration, and system reliability. Assess external suppliers and collaborate with the legal team to ensure appropriate contractual provisions. Manage the IT team, including system administrators for end-user support. Define and enforce IT policies, access control, and device management standards. Manage the IT budget, hardware and software assets, and employee technology support. Support development: Ensure architectural integrity and quality across all implemented solutions. Identify and resolve technical dependencies between squads and engineering teams. Partner with development leads and senior engineers to guide design decisions. Promote knowledge sharing, learning, and best practices within engineering and product teams. Define clear responsibilities for L2/L3 system support (infrastructure, integrations, production incidents). Collaborate with Product & Technology teams on L1 application support and escalation management. Define and monitor SLAs, lead escalation processes, and coordinate with the Group CIO on reporting. Security Policy & Compliance: Define, implement, and communicate security policies aligned with legal and industry standards. Risk & Incident Management: Identify and mitigate security risks, coordinate responses, and conduct post-incident reviews. Monitoring & Collaboration: Develop KPIs and dashboards for ongoing review of security posture (firewall, antivirus, proxy, etc.). Maintain ownership of security execution, compliance, and oversight of all security tools (WAF, endpoint protection, antivirus, firewall, etc.). Coordinate with the Group CISO to ensure full alignment with corporate security strategy. Your Skills and Experience Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 5 years of development team management and system architect experience. 10 years of relevant development and software design experience. Experience in designing, building, assuring quality, maintaining and administration of high-performance, highly-available and scalable systems. Experience in cloud based, SaaS solutions Extensive knowledge of used technologies (Backend: C#, .Net, Entity Framework, SQL; Frontend: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Angular JS, Angular; Mobile: Flutter, Dart, SQL) Extensive knowledge of used tools (Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, Docker, Redis) Extensive knowledge of topics in software design and architecture, software testing, system integration and system administration Working knowledge of continuous integration / continuous delivery Understanding of operations, product management, UX/UI design Team leadership and mentorship skills. Ability to communicate with non-technical executives. Strategic mindset for aligning infra/security with business growth.
