ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: Managing the HR administration team (up to 15 employees) for a German speaking Client to ensure the delivery of a high quality and professional service Ensure that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and accurately Monitoring and prioritizing the team workload Processing client's escalations Driving continuous improvement for operations/processes Oversight of correctness of employee records – such as changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, entries, resignations, additional information, etc. Preparing testimonials, employer's certificate, interim earnings Processing travel and expenses Close cooperation with Managers from Client side WYMAGANIA: Experience as a Team Leader in HR administration team or in a similar role Fluent written and spoken German (at least C1) Very good command of English (at least B2) Proficiency in MS Office applications Experience in working with SAP Success Factor (nice to have) Strong customer service mindset Systematic and efficient time management, used to work for a deadline Proactivity, commitment and excellent communication skills Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and related regulation preferred Solution-oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitude Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with employees OFERUJEMY: Flexible form of contract (B2B or employment) Hybrid work model (3 days in the office) Office in the center of Warsaw Continuous learning and development Training, professional development and continuous improvement of qualifications Multisport card, private healthcare, referral program
