Job Description

We are seeking an experienced German language payroll manager to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service for German clients, preparing documents related to employment relations, and maintaining personnel records. You will also be required to have proficiency in English and German, allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A university degree with a focus on human resources or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in German payroll
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • An ability to work with escalation and various templates, reports, and HR systems
