- Good Communication skills in English.

- You will be a perfect candidate if you will be familiar with some of these technical requirements:
- Knowledge about Windows Operating system (Windows 11 & Windows 10) and Unix systems.
- Knowledge about Office 365 product suite- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic Knowledge about Active directory SCCM, Citrix, Scripts, Application packaging is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software deployment and troubleshooting process.
- Understanding of Networking skills in IT like - Knowledge of ADFS, AD DS, DNS and hybrid cloud solutions
- Knowledge of Windows PowerShell scripts.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Conceptual knowledge of storage, backup, and database.
- Understanding ofITILFoundation V4 will be an advantage.
