Tasks

- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients that match our ideal customer profile, initiating the first point of contact.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing regular updates and insights into our services.

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct thorough demonstrations of the Taptool platform, showcasing its benefits and features to prospective customers.

- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve product development and service delivery.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the e-commerce sector.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and persuading various stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently in a remote, startup environment with a flat organizational structure.

- Experience with CRM tools and digital sales strategies is preferred.

- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
