Problem Resolution Engineer Location: Cracow (hybrid ) For our client, a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive industry, we are looking for a Problem Resolution Engineer to oversee engineering initiatives that address product issues at every stage of its lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Software Engineering; a Master's degree in a related technical field is preferred. Experience in the automotive industry with increasing responsibility, particularly in Systems Engineering. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Ability to perform effectively under high-stress conditions. Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving methodologies, including DFMEA, FMEA, FMEDA, 8-D, and FTA analysis. Knowledge of power electronics, electric motors, and control systems is a plus. Familiarity with project management and defect-tracking tools, such as Polarion, JIRA, or similar. Experience working with A-SPICE standards. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across multiple regions and cultures. Proficiency in English; German and/or French language skills are a plus.
