The Nordics Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland within our HR Shared Services Center. Specialized Attributes, Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in an additional Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a plus. Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards in the region. Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS. Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Preferred Qualifications: Experience within an HR Shared Services environment. Expertise in multi-country payroll processing. Familiarity with payroll reporting and analytics. Certification in payroll administration or a related field.
