Aon is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Strategic Colleague Engagement Director, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that foster colleague engagement. With 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity, you will leverage your expertise in communications and change management to drive successful adoption of initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communication plans that align with organizational goals, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective implementation.
  • Analyze and report on engagement data, providing actionable recommendations to enhance colleague engagement levels.
  • Design and facilitate various engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, team-building exercises, and social events.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or capacity.
  • Extensive experience in communications and change management.
  • Solid understanding of communication engagement methodologies and best practices.
