Responsibilities
  1. Create effective sourcing strategies using social media platforms, tools, and techniques to find, engage, and assess candidates.
  2. Design and monitor recruitment campaigns for maximum efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with Recruiters and HRs to align on position requirements and provide expertise on the talent market.
  4. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and ensure TechBiz Global's competitiveness.
  5. Analyze data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights, and create action plans supporting the Talent Acquisition strategy.
  6. Proficiency in attracting talent through tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean strings, GitHub, events, etc. is a plus; training will be provided.
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, solve problems, and challenge the status quo.
  8. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
