This role is part of the TN Poland team, focusing on optimising customer experience through effective staffing planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in analytical or planning roles within a contact centre environment and possess strong working knowledge of resource management and planning methodologies.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate historical staffing data to inform future planning decisions.
- Forecast and plan staffing metrics and requirements using historical data and business intelligence.
- Implement IDPs (Intra Day performance) used by real-time functions.
- Lead the WFM Scheduling team in process improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to users of WFM modules.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an analytical or planning role within a contact centre environment.
- Strong working knowledge of resource management and planning methodologies within a contact centre environment.
- Excellent data analysis skills with high attention to detail.
- Flexible working hours between 7-9 am and 8 hours respectively.
- Hybrid work model with 3 days office and 2 days remote.
