Accor, a worldwide leader in Augmented Hospitality, is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a Heartist, you will be part of a dynamic and passionate team committed to rejuvenating the hospitality experience.

We are a global company with over 300,000 experts across the world, and we pride ourselves on being the employer of choice. Our Warsaw Support Office is a hub of activity, and we are looking for someone to help us drive talent acquisition and management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment for various positions in the Warsaw Support Office, from job posting to offering.
  2. Talent Management: Oversee and participate in the entire talent management cycle for all Support Office employees, including talent reviews, development plans, and calibration meetings.
  3. Employee Engagement: Coordinate the Employee Engagement committee, monthly activities, HR metrics, and analysis, as well as an annual social calendar.
  4. Project Management: Support various HR projects coming from global or regional level HR teams and ensure smooth implementation.
  5. HR Business Partnership: Be the first point of contact for people managers in the Support Office, including new/first time managers, team members, and senior level management, as well as people managers abroad who need local support or advice.
  6. HR Support: Coordinate various well-being initiatives and staff events with other HR team timelines.
  7. Support internal communication, including memos, social events, and intranet.
  8. Manage entry & exit interviews and ensure a smooth off-boarding process.
  9. Monitor HR metrics to ensure internal compliance and HR Audit requirements are met.
  10. Support the HR Director in various HR projects, both in the Support Office and hotel operations.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience working in a similar HR role as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager/HR Specialist in a hotel or similar industry.
  2. Experience in various HR processes, including recruitment, on-boarding, annual appraisal, engagement, payroll, and well-being.
  3. Very strong command of English (C1 level) and fluent in Polish.
  4. Confident and assertive individual with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  5. An HR professional with a friendly disposition and exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as a strong business acumen.
  6. An experienced communicator with high emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  7. Proactive approach when working on various assignments and the ability to think outside the box.
  8. Ability to work independently within a clarified framework and perform multiple tasks in a complex environment.
  9. Previous experience working in an international company across various countries and with different managers from diverse cultures.
  10. Strong team player, open-minded, flexible, and passionate about the HR function.
  11. Digital savvy and advanced command of MS Office.
  12. Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
