The Role: Senior Global Key Account Manager EMEA
You will be responsible for managing our most strategic global accounts in the EMEA region, building long-term relationships, and expanding our business through additional share, countries, or regions while minimizing churns with merchants like Amazon, Huawei, Inditex, and Bolt.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to ensure profitability and retention of key accounts over time.
- Meeting sales quotas and expectations for profitability within designated portfolios.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology, and Product.
- Maintaining end-to-end ownership for assigned accounts.
- Analyzing customer payment data to provide valuable market insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in Sales/Key Account Management B2B.
- Background in e-payments, fintech, or ecommerce sector.
- Proven track record in budget management, forecasting, pricing, and account profitability reviews.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities in highly competitive markets.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
