The Key Account Manager's mission is to identify, initiate, and follow up on collaborations with semi-industrial and industrial customers from the dairy and ice cream business in Poland.
This involves promoting dairy-filling sales to partners, coordinating customer visits, growing dairy business sales, and looking for new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for understanding your market, managing customer strategy, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to top company customers.
This role requires solid project management, negotiation, and selling skills, as well as business fluent Polish and English.
You will also be expected to travel internationally for up to 20% of your working time.
