As the Senior Operations Manager at TN Poland, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and transformation of our finance operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned operations professional to lead the development and implementation of process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives.
  3. Maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners.
