We are TN Poland, a globally operating company seeking a seasoned FMCG Regional Growth Expert to lead our sales efforts in the DACH region.

In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the DACH region, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in the FMCG industry (private label sector a plus).
  • You possess strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills in both English and German.
  • You are able to build and maintain strong client relationships and have a solid understanding of regional laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the DACH region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the FMCG industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
