Responsibilities
This role includes several key responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers to enhance their experience.
These responsibilities require a strong understanding of customer needs, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are up for the challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
In addition, you should be willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment, with experience with customer service software being a plus.
