We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive Poland to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies.

About Our Client:

Our client is a medium-sized, internationally operating industrial company that develops, produces, and sells products and individual solutions for all stages of the machining industry. With a product portfolio that includes innovative and durable precision tools, they are a leader in the manufacturing of high-quality drilling, countersinking, and cutting tools for metalworking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships in the sales area of Poland
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in the tool industry. They must also possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
