The Role
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue attainment through effective sales strategies and product knowledge. Your primary goal will be to generate new sales opportunities, build relationships with existing contacts, and identify client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new sales opportunities using existing contacts and networks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Identify and analyze client needs, advising on product functionalities and use cases
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing collateral
* Participate in public and private tenders, responding to RFI/RFPs inquiries
Requirements
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English (C1 level)
* Proficiency in CRM systems and experience working with marketing teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
