Our client is a large international organisation in the FMCG sector and one of the top producers in its category. The company is experiencing rapid growth, driven by innovation and market leadership.


Job Description

  • Manage key clients in the DACH region, focusing on international and global contracts
  • Monitor budgets and collaborate closely with the demand planning team to ensure effective sales planning aligned with production needs
  • Lead negotiations with key international partners, expanding discussions to a global level across multiple countries
  • Monitoring of competitor's activities in the market (prices, new products, promotions, marketing initiatives and others)
  • Act as both an initiator and executor, driving strategic decisions and new opportunities while managing key relationships


The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in FMCG (preferably private label) within the DACH region, with a strong focus on working with large international retail chains
  • Fluent knowledge of English and German to communicate freely with business partners
  • Ability to work independently and handle high levels of autonomy, making strategic decisions and driving negotiations (e.g., JBP)
  • Strong capability to collaborate and build relationships
  • Initiative-driven approach with the ability to act as both a strategist and executor, identifying new business opportunities and managing key client relationships at a global level
