We are seeking an experienced Global Business Partnership Manager to join our team at Instreamly P.S.A. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for a skilled Global Business Partnership Manager to drive partnerships on a global scale and strengthen our presence in the international market.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of 8,000 - 11,000 net + VAT (B2B) plus sales commission, as well as a range of benefits including private medical care and psychological support, unlimited days of holidays, and employee stock option plan.

Job Description

As a Global Business Partnership Manager at Instreamly P.S.A., you will be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with international business partners, including brands, marketing agencies, and media companies.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in global markets.
  • Collaborating with team members from different teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, including pipeline development and revenue forecasts.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years experience in collaborating with clients in foreign markets, preferably in the gaming, tech, or marketing industries.
  • Good understanding of the marketing and preferably gaming industry.
  • Proactive attitude and liking challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation, and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Polish and English fluency (additional language will be a plus).

Your manager will be Jan Czerniecki - Head of Sales & Account Management. You will be working on the success of the global market together with your team of Sales and Account Managers. In addition, you will have a chance to work with our Creative Campaign, Streamer Success, and Product teams to prove to our clients that Instreamly P.S.A. is the leader and expert in the industry.
