We are currently looking for a talented specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of shaping the future of engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost reduction strategies for serial production
  • Collaborate with external companies and production plants to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Design and test prototype parts to confirm design structure or proposal for cost reduction
  • Coordinate studies between customer, supplier, and production plant sides
  • Create future interior items and structure proposals based on benchmarking from other OEM products or finding new technology by exhibitions

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Good CatiaV5 operation skills
  • Good skills of Office software (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
  • Experience in design engineering for vehicle's interior is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
  • Experience in a cross-functional and international business environment is preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge in Polish
