Job Overview:

Boeing Poland is seeking a skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to join their team in Rzeszow. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting structural analysis using established tools to assess the performance and characteristics of aircraft structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform basic structural analysis using established tools to develop the structural environment, characteristics, and performance.
  2. SUPPORT test execution, analyze and report test results to ensure systems and components meet requirements.
  3. Define and document certification and test results to validate compliance with customer and regulatory agency requirements.
  4. Contribute to the improvement of in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.
  5. Develop and integrate structural requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  6. Coordinate with other engineering groups, guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods and simulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  2. 1+ years of engineering work experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals such as material properties, free-body diagrams, load path, structural loads, joints, and structural analysis methods.
  4. Fluent in both written and verbal English.
  5. MUST be legally able to work in Poland.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics, Structural Engineering, or related fields.
  4. Experience in static and fatigue analysis.
  5. Knowledge of damage tolerance analyses.
  6. Able to work collaboratively with a multi-functional team and work flexible hours to meet the business needs.
  7. Ability to travel about 10% of work time.
