Job Title: Experienced Structural Analysis Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced structural analysis engineer to join our team in Rzeszow, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing structural analysis of aircraft structures, evaluating structural integrity, and generating documentation to support certification and qualification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural analysis of aircraft structures, including calculation of loads, static and fatigue analyses.
  • Evaluate structural integrity of aircraft components using classical hand calculations.
  • Generate documentation to report analysis results and support certification and qualification processes.
  • Support in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.
  • Work with regulatory framework to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Represent the engineering community in the build through post-production environment.
  • Plan, perform, and lead detailed structural analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 2+ years of work experience in structural analysis engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, including material properties, free-body diagrams, load path, structural loads, joints, and structural analysis methods.
  • Strong knowledge of strength of materials approach.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft structure design philosophy.
  • Experience in structural analysis of metallic airframe structures.
  • Solid communication skills, intermediate level or higher in both written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in static and fatigue analysis.
  • Knowledge of Boeing aircraft structures.
  • Knowledge of finite element method approach.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations.
  • Experience in CAD/CAE systems.
