Job Description

Boeing Poland is seeking an Experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to join their team in Rzeszow, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural analysis of aircraft structures, including calculation of loads, static and fatigue analyses.
  • Evaluate structural integrity of aircraft components using classical hand calculations.
  • Generate documentation to report analysis results and support certification and qualification processes.
  • Support in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.
  • Work with regulatory frameworks to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Represent the engineering community in the build through post-production environment.
  • Develop new materials, methods, tools, and designs to support future programs.
  • Lead a team of stress analysts and provide coaching across all levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 2+ years of work experience in structural analysis engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, including material properties, free-body diagrams, load path, structural loads, joints, and structural analysis methods.
  • Strong knowledge of strength of materials approach.
  • Experience in structural analysis of metallic airframe structures.
  • Solid communication skills, intermediate level or higher in both written and verbal English.
  • Readiness to work with a multi-functional team in a flexible schedule.
  • Readiness for business trips.
  • Existing rights to work in Poland.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in static and fatigue analysis.
  • Knowledge of Boeing aircraft structures.
  • Knowledge of finite element method approach.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations.
  • Experience in CAD/CAE systems.
