About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing comprehensive strategies for managing a company's reputation and promotion in social networks. Key responsibilities include maintaining the company's LinkedIn page, creating and publishing thematic materials for Central Asia, and participating in the development of a strategic content plan.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the company's LinkedIn page
- Create and publish thematic materials for Central Asia
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for managing the company's reputation and promotion in social networks
- Prepare and coordinate the content plan
- Creation and posting of content on social networks - Instagram (if available), LinkedIn
- Conduct online advertising campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness
- Conduct promotions and sweepstakes on social networks
- Conduct advertising integrations with bloggers
- Prepare graphic materials and test tasks for designers
- Interact with content makers (create a database of content makers in different locations)
Requirements
- Successful SMM cases
- Experience in leading and developing corporate groups for 1+ year
- Strategic thinking and ability to see prospects and think in terms of 1-3 years
- Ability to generate fresh and bold ideas
- Experience in composing briefs and reporting presentations
- Competent verbal and written language
- Stress resistance, enthusiasm, sense of humor, self-control, attentiveness, and willingness to be responsible for the result
- Independence and ability to work according to a media plan
- Experience with photo and video editors
- Portfolio and projects showing your experience
- Level of English – Intermediate or above
Desired Skills
- University degree in Marketing
- Understanding of how to set video campaigns in Google Ads
- Experience in setting and managing targeting advertising on social networks: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
