Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and developing strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and client outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations and secure contracts that align with our strategic goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT outsourcing sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the IT outsourcing industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills with senior decision-makers.
- Fluent in English for effective communication with international clients.
- Motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
