Revenue Development Executive

The Revenue Development Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our client's international operations. This highly motivated and results-driven individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving revenue expansion through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients, leveraging industry insights and market knowledge to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and loyalty to drive long-term revenue expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic account management, leveraging market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a key account or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of the Polish motor insurance market and its dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue growth expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
