We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Nipro Medical Poland office. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical devices to healthcare facilities and professionals across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

About the Role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for domestic sales of Surefusers in Polish, with the final goal of making this person responsible for most of our hospital products offer in the Polish market (except those sold by distributors).

Key Responsibilities

  • Representing Nipro in pointed accounts of the Oncology domestic market (Poland).
  • Promotion of Nipro products, generating sales orders and contracts, finding new customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Execution of sales individual goals (according to Budget Plan).
  • Preparing individual sales analysis, reporting sales activities and sale plans, preparing Quotation approvals for offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Required experience in sales of medical devices or drugs to public oncology facilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required.
