About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Representative to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and goals, and to discuss and demonstrate how our products and services can help them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts and identify key decision-makers
  • Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products to achieve sales targets
  • Promote company products through education of current and potential customers
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services
  • Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts
  • Serve as primary resource for clinical support in areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of medical equipment sales/clinical experience or 1-3 years in an operating room experience
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace
  • Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
