Clinical Sales Representative

We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team as Clinical Sales Representatives, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital personnel, including physicians, hospital management, and purchasing departments, to identify their clinical needs and goals.
- Travel to meet with existing and potential clients to discuss and demonstrate how our products and services can help them achieve their goals.
- Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products to achieve sales targets.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services.
- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of our technologies and components.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of medical equipment sales/clinical experience or 1-3 years in an operating room experience.
- Fluent Polish and English language skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
