About the RoleThis exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the medical industry while developing your skills and career. You will work closely with existing and potential clients, identifying their clinical needs and goals, and showcasing how our products can help them achieve success.
Responsibilities- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with physicians, hospital personnel, and other key decision-makers by traveling to meet with them, discuss product demonstrations, and address customer concerns.
- Market Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue within assigned regions, meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Product Education: Promote company products through education and training, providing clinical support and resolving complex issues for customers.
- Travel Requirements: This role requires significant travel, allowing you to visit hospitals, conferences, and other locations to expand your network and build business opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of medical equipment sales or clinical experience; or 1-3 years in an operating room (as nurse, product specialist, or clinical specialist) experience.
- Language Skills: Fluent Polish and English.
- Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
Boston Scientific provides a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
