The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our commercial team in Poland as a Sales Specialist for our Electrophysiology Division. This is a field-based role, requiring daily travel across assigned areas.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting EP cases during medical procedures, implementing our commercial policy based on sales strategy in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotion of Electrophysiology portfolio - existing products and newly launched technologies.
  • Conducting product presentations.
  • Providing training for HCP.
  • Managing consignment stock at customers.
  • Preparation of sales/tender offers.
  • Preparation of analyses/reports from the assigned territory.
  • Representing Abbott at conferences/symposiums nationally and internationally.
  • Adherence to Abbott's Compliance Procedures and Policies.
  • Implementation of the sales plan.

Required Qualifications and Background:

  • University degree in a science-related field (Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar).
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Medical Sales.
  • Experience in the Cardiology field and/or clinical experience will be considered a strong asset.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English language (both oral and written).
  • Ability to learn quickly and willingness to develop.
  • PC literacy, experienced with MS Office tools.
  • Driving License & ability to travel across assigned area on a daily basis.
