To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are seeking a seasoned Procurement Senior Specialist to play a crucial role in managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/Direct Procurement and excellent knowledge of English. Good Excel skills would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day cooperation with a portfolio of international suppliers fulfilling the needs of both internal and external customers.
- Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensures invoice processing.
- Oversees supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues.
- Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price.
